Harry Stansfield was an archaeologist who collected worked stone from the hills between Lancashire and Yorkshire.

This collection of lithics is a selection from the Harry Stansfield collection held by the Lancashire County Museum Service. This particular group are from the moors near Nelson and Colne on the Calderdale border and are Mesolithic.
